We are the first retail bakery in Portland to mill its own flour and bake all its bread in a wood-fired oven. We strive to create food that is wholesome, delicious, and celebrates the flavor and bounty of the region. From pastries made with whole grains to housemade jams featuring the fruits of the season, our goal is to thoughtfully maintain the integrity of our ingredients from field to table.
