Pre-Order FAQ's

GENERAL:

We offer pre-order for café pick-up and home delivery on Monday and Fridays!

The online store for Friday pick-up/delivery opens on the Friday before and closes on Monday at 8 AM. Orders placed during this time will be available the following Friday.

You can choose café pick up or home delivery when placing your order.

There is a $30 order minimum to quality for home delivery. Delivery fees are based on distance from our bakery. Please see below for a list of eligible delivery zip codes.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Your order will arrive between the hours of 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM. 

UNDELIVERABLES / REFUNDS ETC.

All orders that are not deliverable will be available for pick up the following day at our café between the hours of 8:00 am - 2:00 pm. All abandoned orders will be donated and are not available for refunds or exchanges. 

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:

Please provide clear instructions when checking out to let us know how to safely deliver your order. Tricky gates, cute puppies or door codes, details are welcome and helpful.
